Four members of our Summer ensemble performed yesterday at Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge in Eureka Springs. (L-R, Senior Preparatory student, Mari Keiser, (Violin) Casia Keiser (Viola), Macy Brumall (Viola) & Nina Kinzer (Cello)
The tigers were EVER curious and an attentive audience, as our group serenaded these incredible cats with selections from our summer repertoire as well as a few solo performances.
Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge Center is so good about offering enrichment’s for their permanent residents. Two of their tigers made their way as close as possible and lay down right in front of our performers and took in every note! It was a unique and unforgettable experience; a first for both the tigers and performers!
A wonderful job to all who participated and a shout out to Senior Preparatory violinist Mari Keiser who led our ensemble.
Special thanks to Turpentine Creek for providing our performers and families with a wonderful and informative tram ride through the park. Put a visit to their beautiful facility on your family’s To-Do list!
Special thanks to Jaclyn House for covering our performance! https://www.nwahomepage.com/lifestyle/good-day-nwa/happening-in-nwa-awards-birthdays-a-concert-for-animals-razorback-soccer/
